Old Granary
The building was erected in the early Middle Ages and initially served as a temple. Throughout the 12th century it was modernized and rebuilt countless times, including an addition of two symmetrical towers at the front entrance. Reconstruction works made in the 18th century brought significant changes to the structure. Decorated clocks were installed in the towers, while the whole building was repurposed as a granary. Nowadays, it serves as an exhibition center for the Harran City Museum.
