Terms of contest "Find the DL Logo"

Preamble

1. These Terms set out the rules of participation in the Contest entitled: "Find the DL Logo ".

2. The Competition is organized by TECHLAND Sp. with o.o, a Polish limited liability company, based in Poland, 63-400 Ostrow Wielkopolski, ul. Zolkiewskiego 3, entered in the register of entrepreneurs by the District Court Poznan - Nowe Miasto and Wilda in Poznan, IX Commercial Department of the National Court Register under KRS number 0000136933, with tax number (NIP0 6222468959, REGON 251546820, hereinafter referred to as the "Organizer".

3. Participation in the Contest is open and voluntary.

4. The Contest is dedicated to people from all over the world who are at least 18 years of age, hereinafter referred to as "Participants".

5. The employees of the Organizer or persons providing services on its behalf under civil law contracts are not permitted to participate in the Contest, as well as family members of such persons or employees.

6. Application for participation in the Contest must be made in the manner specified in the Terms.

§ 1

1. The Contest runs from the date of the announcement on 2015 January 7 until 2015 January 9.

2. The task of the Participants is to find the picture (screenshot) on the website http://harran-city.com with hidden game logo Dying Light.

3. Photograph of the selected object, referred to in the above paragraph 2 shall be sent to the email address contest@harran-city.com and add 'like' a post about the Contest on Facebook.

4. The winners of the Contest will be the first 10 people who first perform the activities referred to in paragraph 3 of this § 1.

5. The results of the Contest shall be announced within three days from the closing date of the Contest.

6. The winners of the Contest will obtain a prize sponsored by the Organizer – a digital artbook and digital soundtrack. The prize will be sent to the winners within 7 days provided that the winner confirmed that information about awarding was received by him/her.

7. In the absence of confirmation by the winner within three days, about winning the Contest, the prize goes to the next Participant who performed the operations referred to in paragraph 3 of this § 1.

§ 2

1. The Organizer declares that all materials that have been published on the website http://harran-city.com and all rights associated with them, including copyright and other intellectual property rights are its exclusive property.

2. The Organizer declares that it is the sole organizer of the Contest which is not in any way sponsored, supported or carried out or related to the Facebook.

3. The Organizer is fully liable for the organization and conduct of the Contest.

§ 3

1. Performing the activities referred to in paragraph 3 of this § 1 and logging on the Contest website means that the Terms of the Contest were accepted by the Participant

2. Notification of participation in the Contest constitutes your consent to the processing of the Participant personal data for the organization of this Contest, according to the Act (Dz. U. 1997., No. 133, item. 833) of 29,08.1997 r. for the protection of personal data.

§ 4

1. In cases not covered by the provisions of these Terms will apply the relevant provisions of the Polish Civil Code and the provisions of the Act of 04.02.1994 on copyright and related rights (ie. Dz. U. 2006., No. 90, item. 631).

2. Any dispute relating to the conduct of the Contest shall be resolved by the courts of general jurisdiction under the provisions of the Polish Code of Civil Procedure.
