Tender for Public Bike System Invalid?

It is highly likely that the city council will declare the recent tender for a public bike system invalid. The reason is that all submitted offers exceeded the maximum cost which the city was prepared to pay.Three companies participated in the tender, their offers ranging from 17 to 27 million Harran dollars. However, the authorities reserved 13,4 million in this year’s budget for the public bike system, which was promised to provide at least 1500 bikes across Harran.
